How customer, wholesale, contact, analytics, and payment-related data is handled.
Island Mushroom collects information customers submit through contact, wholesale, cart, checkout handoff, and analytics flows. Form submissions may include names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, and submitted messages.
Payments are processed by Stripe-hosted Payment Links. Island Mushroom does not collect or store card numbers on the website. Stripe handles payment collection, payment security, and customer payment receipts.
The site may use Cloudflare services for hosting, security, form handling, database storage, object storage, spam protection, email routing, and operational logs.
Marketing pixels or analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel must not load before the consent/cookie decision is implemented. If enabled later, this policy will name each tool and describe the data collected.
Pending final values before launch: legal business/contact identity, support/privacy email, data retention period, analytics tools enabled, cookie/consent behavior.
