Island Mushroom collects information customers submit through newsletter, contact, wholesale, cart, checkout handoff, and analytics flows. Form submissions may include names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, submitted messages, signup source, consent text, and timestamps.

Newsletter subscribers are stored in Cloudflare SQL/D1 so Island Mushroom can send future harvest notes and launch updates. Admin notifications may be sent through Cloudflare Email Service when configured.

Payments are processed by Stripe-hosted Payment Links. Island Mushroom does not collect or store card numbers on the website. Stripe handles payment collection, payment security, and customer payment receipts.

The site may use Cloudflare services for hosting, security, form handling, database storage, object storage, spam protection, email routing, and operational logs.

Marketing pixels or analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel must not load before the consent/cookie decision is implemented. If enabled later, this policy will name each tool and describe the data collected.

Pending final values before launch: legal business/contact identity, support/privacy email, data retention period, analytics tools enabled, cookie/consent behavior.
