Delivery / Pickup

Island Mushroom offers local pickup and local delivery for eligible fresh mushroom orders. Launch defaults are Nanaimo pickup and Nanaimo local delivery only until final zones are confirmed.

Customers must review pickup, delivery, cutoff, and freshness notes before opening the Stripe Payment Link. Market pickup is disabled until Island Mushroom confirms both the market schedule and planned attendance.

Fresh products are perishable and are prepared for the selected fulfillment window. Merchandise may be picked up with fresh products. Merchandise shipping is allowed only for merch-only carts unless a mixed-order Stripe Payment Link and fulfillment rule is configured.
