Where do you deliver?: Launch delivery is Nanaimo only until final zones are confirmed. See Delivery / Pickup for windows and cutoffs.
Where can I pick up?: Pickup is in Nanaimo. The exact pickup location and time windows are pending and will be published before checkout opens.
How long do mushrooms last?: It varies by species, harvest date, and storage. Each product page states the expected range once confirmed. See Fresh Product Care.
How should I store them?: Refrigerate in a breathable paper bag rather than a sealed plastic bag, unless the packaging says otherwise.
Do you sell wholesale?: Yes — wholesale starts as an inquiry/application. See the Wholesale page to apply.
Where can I find you at markets?: Market attendance is published on Find Us once the schedule and our attendance are confirmed.
Can I buy merchandise only?: Yes. Merchandise can be picked up, or shipped for merch-only carts.
Are you organic?: We will share certification status once it is confirmed. We do not make organic or sustainability claims without evidence.
